Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting support.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims approved as shipping errors on our part are covered at our expense.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. If you need a different size or variant due to our error, contact us for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article 16(c) and 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
